As Winter Approaches, Americans Lose Healthy Habits

A new analysis, known as the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, proves something that I have surmised for years.  That is that when the seasons change from summer to fall to winter, people tend to eat less healthy and do fewer workouts.  According to this survey, Americans are the least healthy in December.  But, as January approaches, people start to restore their healthy habits.  The analysis also indicated that Americans are generally eating less produce now than they were two years ago.  To read more, click here.
