Previous research findings have indicated that women tend to be happier than men, although the reasons why have been determined.  A new study explains that women possess a happiness gene, known as the MAOA gene.  This discovery is unexpected because this gene has also been tied to aggression, alcoholism and even antisocial behavior disorder.  Researchers found that women with one copy of the MAOA gene tended to be happier than those with no copies.  Learn more here.
